On April 18, 2024, an event was organized in the territory of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical-Cultural Reserve in connection with the declaration of "April 18 International Monuments and Historical Places Day" and 2024 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World".
In connection with the declaration of 2024 as the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" in our country, a tree-planting action was held at the entrance of the village of Zalimkhan as part of district-wide events.

The Genocide of March 31, 1918 was forever engraved in the memory of the Azerbaijani people. The management and staff of "Keshikchidagh" State Historical-Cultural Reserve also participated in the event organized in the Aghstafa District Executive Power on March 31 Genocide Day.
In recent years, scientific research and archaeological excavations conducted with the participation of local and foreign specialists in the territory of the "Keshikchidagh" State historical-cultural reserve have become more extensive. This further strengthens the interest in the territory of the Keshikchidagh caves complex and our historical and cultural heritage located here.

On March 18, 2024, a district-wide event was organized in the Heydar Aliyev Park of Aghstafa district in connection with the Novruz holiday, where the ancient traditions of our people are kept alive.
According to the implementation of the work plan for the first half of 2024 approved by the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the "Keshikchidagh" State historical-cultural reserve, the event called "Novruz traditions in Keshikchidagh" was held.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 25, 2023, 2024 was declared the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World".
