“Keshikchidagh” State historical and cultural reserve is supported by the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry for Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in accordance with the work plan of 2023 approved by the State Service, they regularly participate in local and international conferences with scientific reports. One of such international conferences was the “Hodja Ahkmet Yassawi-7th International Scientific Research” international conference in the city of Mingachevir on February 24-25, 2023, together with the Institute of Economic Development and Social Research of Turkey – IKSAD and Mingachevir State University. Scientific staff of the reserve at the conference presented reports (slides) called “Shelters in Jeyranchol” and “The Great Migration Way”. The articles talked about the endless Jeyranchol, where the Keshikchidagh caves complex is located, the ancient Turkic tribes that once settled in these lands, and the shelters discovered here. At the end, the questions of the conference participants were answered, and the employees of the reserve were awarded with certificates.
