This mosque, located in the Dagh Kasaman village of Aghstafa district, was built by Eyyub agha. The mosque building has retained its original form. The walls are made of baked bricks. The height of the mosque is about 30 meters. The dome stands on four arches. The altar is 3.5 meters high and has an arched shape. The floor is made of baked bricks. The mosque has an entrance door and six windows. The diameter of the dome is 7 meters, the facade is made of baked bricks. On the right side of the entrance door of the mosque is the tomb of Eyyub agha.  During the Soviet era, the mosque was used as a granary. In 1989-1990, thanks to the initiative of local residents, the mosque was restored, and in 1990, the mosque was restored by local construction departments of Aghstafa district.
