On April 18, in connection with the "International Day for Monuments and Sites", a round table was organized in the administrative building of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical-Cultural Reserve with the participation of leading scientific researcher of the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, PhD in History, Associate Professor Shamil Najafov, Doctor of Historical Sciences Zaur Hasanov, scientific researcher Ulviyya Safarova, scientific researcher Narmin Mammadli, junior scientific researcher Narmin Bayramova, restoration artist Seymur Farmanli, head of the Department of Ancient Near Eastern Studies of the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, Germany, Professor-Doctor Martin Gruber, Sena Baskin, Diana Kallrath.

The specialists first got acquainted with a modern stand consisting of material and cultural samples discovered as a result of scientific research and archaeological excavations conducted in the territory of the reserve. At the round table, the director of the reserve, Musa Mursaguliyev, spoke first about the protection of historical monuments, the archaeological excavations planned in the reserve in the future, the methods to be used and the opportunities for cooperation. Then, the leading scientific worker of the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, PhD in History, Associate Professor Shamil Najafov spoke about the archaeological excavations conducted in the Keshikchidagh Kurgan Valley, the scientific worker of the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS Ulviyya Safarova spoke about the historical monuments located in our region, and the head of the Department of Ancient Near Eastern Studies of the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, Professor-Doctor Martin Gruber spoke about the scientific research and archaeological excavations conducted in the Aghalightepe settlement located in the village of Dagh Kesemen.
