The “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve continues its efforts to strengthen international cooperation in a consistent manner.

A tour was organized to the territory of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve.

An online seminar titled “Scientific Archaeological Excavations and Summer School 5 in Keshikchidagh: Results and Scientific Significance” was held on September 23, 2025, organized by the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve with the participation of Associate Professor Shamil Najafov, PhD in History and Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS.

Employees of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve successfully completed international training courses From June 16 to 25, 2025, employees of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve, Mr. Elshan Hasanov and Mr. Ali Ibrahimov, were awarded certificates for successfully completing the training courses held within the framework of the “International School of Cultural Heritage,” organized by the “MIRAS” Public Association for Support to the Study of Cultural Heritage.

Another scientific achievement in the study of Azerbaijan’s rich historical and cultural heritage has been presented to the international academic community.

On September 3, 2025, a group of tour participants from Baku visited the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve as part of a scientific and educational excursion.
The Tour participants undertook an academic excursion to the Göytəpə settlement located in the Tovuz district.

On August 18, 2025, the staff of the “Keşikçidağ” State Historical and Cultural Reserve became acquainted with the scientific research and archaeological excavation process carried out by the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS at the settlement of Göytəpə, located in the Tovuz district.
The scientific results and remarkable findings of the project “Archaeological Excavations and Summer School 5 at Keshikchidagh.” continue to attract the attention of the international media.
The road information boards and cave information boards located in the territory of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve are regularly updated by the reserve staff, and additional new boards are also installed.

At the ADA University Gazakh Center, an event titled “Damjili Cave: History, Archaeology, and Culture – Presentation of New Publications” was held, dedicated to the research conducted between 2016 and 2023 by an international expedition of Japanese and Azerbaijani archaeologists at the Damjili cave campsite located within the “Avey” State Historical and Cultural Reserve, as well as to the presentation of two scholarly works published based on the results of these studies.

On July 28, 2025, a scientific round table was held at the administrative building of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve with the participation of PhD in History, Associate Professor Ismayil Umudlu, Senior Researcher at the A.A. Bakikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology of ANAS, and PhD in History, Associate Professor Bahman Faziloglu.
