On the occasion of May 15 – International Day of Families, an educational and socio-cultural event was co-organized at the "Peak named after Ilham Aliyev" located within the reserve's territory by the Aghstafa District Executive Power, the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve managed by the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture, and the Aghstafa Youth House Social Service Institution. The main objective of the event, held with the participation of martyrs' families, was to promote the significant role of the family institution in society, preserve national and moral values, instill a sense of patriotism in the younger generation, and provide moral support to the families of martyrs.

The "Chiraggala-Shabran", "Ancient Shamkir City", and "Keshikchidagh" State Historical-Cultural Reserves, under the management of the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, continue their activities towards researching the shared cultural heritage of the Turkic world and developing international scientific cooperation.

On the eve of the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, a group of visitors conducted an excursion to the territory of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve.

On the eve of May 10 – the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, an excursion was organized for tour participants within the territory of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve, managed by the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development, and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

A round table was organized at the administrative building of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve to commemorate the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the independent Republic of Azerbaijan.

ANNOUNCEMENT Border Access & Tickets Since the reserve is located on the border with the Republic of Georgia, official permission must be obtained from the State Border Service for entry. Only after obtaining this permission is it recommended to purchase tickets via iticket.az for visiting specific areas, including the Keshikchidagh barrow plains and the caves located towards the "Peak named after Ilham Aliyev."

Employees of the reserves managed by the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including staff from the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve, participated in an international training session titled "Modern Approaches and Practical Applications in Archaeological Research." Held in Baku from April 29 to May 1, 2026, the event was jointly organized by the ANAS Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology, Baku State University, and Ege University of Turkey.

The event was organized by the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development, and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The excursions provided visitors with a unique opportunity to explore the historical and architectural significance of the cave complex.
