Within the framework of the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty” declared in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025, an intellectual competition titled “The Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of Azerbaijan” was held. The event was jointly organized by the Executive Authority of Aghstafa District, the Agency for Preschool and General Education under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Aghstafa District Education Sector of the Gazakh-Tovuz Regional Education Department, and the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve.

On April 16, 2025, a scientific-practical seminar was organized on the topic "New scientific research, material cultural heritage of the Gazakh-Aghstafa region and preliminary results of scientific archaeological research conducted in Aghalightepe" dedicated to the "International Day for Monuments and Sites" on April 18, jointly organized by the Aghstafa District Executive Power, the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, "Keshikchidagh" and "Avey" State Historical-Cultural Reserves.
