Memorandum of Understanding signed between "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve and "Ancient Taraz Monuments" State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve ​Within the framework of expanding international cooperation, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve, operating under the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development, and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan (located in the Agstafa district), and the "Ancient Taraz Monuments" State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From July 16 to 25, 2025, employees of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve — Elshan Hasanov and Ali Ibrahimov — participated in the project entitled "Establishment of the International Master School on Cultural Heritage and the Organization of Training Courses", organized by the “Miras” Public Union for the Support of the Study of Cultural Heritage, under the auspices of the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture.
