On May 20, 2016 the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mr. AbulfasGarayev, met with citizens from Agstafa, Gazakh, Tovuz, Shamkir and Gadabay regions at the HeydarAliyev Center in Agstafa. Prior to the meeting, Mr. Minister visited the monument to the National Leader HeydarAliyev, which was in front of the HeydarAliyev Center, placed flowers and honored his memory, and then got acquainted with the exposition of the center. The meeting was also attended by the staff of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Keshikchidag”. They informed the minister about the creation, activities of the reserve, and put forward their proposals in conclusion. Minister of Culture and Tourism Mr. AbulfasGarayev visited the “Memorial Park”, located in Agstafa region, closely acquainted with historical, archaeological and memorial monuments. All this contributes to the development of tourism in the region and an increase an interest in our historical monuments.
