The research object of the expedition was Karabigh and Saggizli and Karvan valleys located in the reserve area. As a result of research, stone products belonging to the Acheulean period were discovered and included in the fund of the reserve.
The main reason that attracted the expedition to conduct research in #Jeyranchol area is that there are a large number of open living camps due to the location of Jeyranchol in the area of Mingachevir and Dmanisi. Based on the rich materials obtained, it is planned to conduct #archaeological excavations and scientific research works in Garabigh and Saggizli residential camps during September-October next year. Prospective long-term studies are highly likely to yield important results.
