With the instruction of the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage and the support of the Aghstafa District Executive Authority, from August 15, 2022 to September 15, 2022, “Archaeological Excavations and Summer School in Keshikchidagh – 2” will be held on the territory of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve”. In this regard, Yunis Nasibli, the senior researcher of the reserve, assistant professor of Baku State University, candidate of historical sciences, and Safar Ashurov, associate professor of the Institute of Archaeology, Ethnography and Anthropology, doctor of philosophy in history, archaeologist, and volunteers of the “Aghstafa Youth House” social service institution participated a scientific seminar was held on the said project. The main purpose of the scientific seminar is to promote the scientific research and archaeological excavations carried out in the territory of the reserve within the framework of the project called “Archaeological excavations and summer school in Keshikchidagh – 2” carried out in the territory of the “Keshikchidagh” State historical and cultural reserve. Musa Mursaguliyev, Director of “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve, Nijat Vakilov, Director of Aghstafa Youth House, Associate Professor Yunis Nasibov and Archaeologist Safar Ashurov thanked the young volunteers for their participation in the project.
