Russian scientists in the Jeyranchol area, where the Keshikchidagh caves complex is located, have conducted several exploratory studies in the reserve. Thus, after another visit to both Gazakh and Jeyranchol, Ocherednoy Alexander Konstantinovich PhD in History, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Sergey Alexandrovich Kulakov PhD in History, Anoikin Anton Alexandrovich Doctor of Historical Sciences of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Novosibirsk, Azad Zeynalov PhD in History of the Institute of Archeology, Ethnography and Anthropology of ANAS and Doctor of Arts Imash Hajiyev. The meeting focused on scientific and archeological excavations and research in the reserve. One of the main goals that attracts them to the territory of Jeyranchol is the presence of camps here, given that Jeyranchol is located in the area of Mingachevir and Dumanisi. For this reason, the main goal is to search the camps located in the reserve. Despite short-term research in the area, the goal is to attract well-known experts in the Stone Age from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia in 2022, to conduct joint research in the area, and agreed on future cooperation.
