A group of volunteers led by Aziz Masmaliyev, head of the Aghstafa Sports and Youth Department and Teymur Aliyev, head of the Aghstafa Youth Development and Career Center, took part in our project “Scientific-archeological excavations and summer school in Keshikchidagh” implemented in the Kurgan Valley located in the territory of Keshikchidagh caves complex at the initiative of the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage.
Head of the Public Relations Department of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS, historian-archeologist, Ph.D. Parviz Gasimov and director of “Keshikchidag” State Historical-Cultural Reserve Musa Mursaguliyev informed detailed to the participants about the excavations.
Note that the project will last 10 days.
