Within the framework of the priority areas of the “Azerbaijan Culture – 2040” Concept, a motivation camp was organized to develop the professional competencies of cultural workers operating in the regions, improve management and communication skills, as well as increase the motivation and business potential of employees.
The four-day camp, held under the project “Enhancing Knowledge and Skills of Cultural Workers,” took place on August 26–29 at the Samad Vurgun Health and Recreation Center. The event was attended by employees of various cultural institutions operating in the regions, including an employee of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve, which has been transferred to the management of the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture.
Within the framework of the program, participants were involved in theoretical and practical trainings on topics designed to enhance professional efficiency in the modern work environment, such as “Culture of Speech and Behavior,” “Coaching Approach and Developmental Leadership in the Workplace,” “Change Management,” and “Current Issues of Labor Legislation.” The camp program also featured “Khamsa” and “Brain Ring” intellectual games, team-building and entertainment activities, poetry sessions, live music, and movie screenings aimed at developing participants’ analytical thinking, teamwork, and mutual cooperation skills. The motivation camp stood out as a significant platform for expanding the exchange of professional knowledge and experience among regional cultural workers, strengthening institutional cooperation, and applying modern management approaches.
