A round table dedicated to the initial progress of the project “Scientific-archaeological excavations and summer school in Keshikchidagh-4” conducted jointly by “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve and Institute of Archeology and Anthropology of ANAS was held. The leading researcher of ANAS Institute of Archeology and Anthropology, PhD on History, associate professor Shamil Najafov, PhD on History, associate professor Vagif Asadov and restorer-artist Farhad Farmanov took part in the round table organized in the administrative building of “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve.
First of all, the director of the reserve Musa Mursaguliyev spoke at the round table about the importance of the project called “Scientific-archaeological excavations and summer school in Keshikchidagh-4”. Later, the scientists leading the excavations talked about the archaeological research conducted in the mounds located in the Keshikchidagh Mound Valley.
