On 01.12.2023, an online seminar called “Archaeological excavations conducted in Garasoy mounds” was held under the organization of “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve. Shamil Najafov, associate professor of the Institute of Archeology, Ethnography and Anthropology of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy in History, archaeologist and employees of the reserves operating under the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture participated in the seminar. Shamil Najafov answered the questions of the participants at the end of the seminar about the archaeological excavations, the results obtained, and material and cultural samples of the Garasoy mounds 1 and 2 within the framework of the project called “Scientific-archaeological excavations and summer school 3 in Keshikchidagh”.
