Within the framework of the project “As Keshikchidagh, we are with those who wrote glorious history in Karabakh”, employees of “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve visited the grave of Mammadli Fazil Razim oghlu, who was heroically martyred in the 44-days Patriotic War, and laid fresh carnations. Later, they visited the martyr’s house and offered condolences to his parents. It should be noted that Mammadli Fazil Razim oghlu was born in Vurghun settlement of Aghstafa district. Mammadli Fazil, a soldier of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, was martyred during the battles of Fuzuli. According to the relevant Decrees of the President of the country, he was posthumously awarded the medals “For the Motherland”, “For distinction in battles” and “For the liberation of Fuzuli”. May God have mercy on our martyrs!
