Within the framework of the project “As Keshikchidagh, we are with those who wrote glorious history in Karabakh” employees of “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve visited the grave of Mehdizadeh Gurban Aydin oghlu, who was heroically martyred in the 44-days Patriotic War, and laid fresh carnations. Later, they visited the martyr’s house and offered condolences to his parents. It should be noted that Mehdizadeh Gurban was born in Goyceli village of Aghstafa district. Mehdizadeh Gurban, a sergeant of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, rose to the height of martyrdom during the battles of Murovdagh. According to the relevant orders of the President of the country, he was posthumously awarded the “For the Motherland” medal and the “For the release of Kalbajar” medal.May God have mercy on our martyrs!
