On 28 May 2010, the president of Azerbaijan Republic IlhamAliyev declared the year as “The year of Tourism” and connected with it on the base of participation of Musa Musagulovthe director of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve of Azerbaijan Republic there have considered to carry out a number of events at reserve. And being the composition part of this event have given the instruction by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic on making short documentary film about reserve.
