On the eve of celebrating the Novruz holiday of the Turkic world, İKSAD hosted the 2nd International Novruz Summit between 20-23 March 2019 in Antalya, Turkey, in order to bring together the Turkic people, to promote their culture and cultural heritage. With the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an article entitled “The first paleolithic monuments found in Azerbaijan” was sent to the State historical-cultural reserve “Keshikchidag” to participate in this symposium. The article has been interest caused of the organizers, included on the agenda of the symposium and the invitation letter was sent to the reserve. The participants of the symposium were informed about the historical monuments located in the western part of Azerbaijan and the slide was shown.
