In order to promote the State historical-cultural reserve “Keshikchidag” in international arenas, is provided participation of the reserve at both local and international conferences. An international congress entitled “Reading culture in the modern world” was held on September 11-12, 2018 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Senior scientific worker of State Historical-Cultural Reserve “Keshikchidag” candidate of historical sciences, docent of Baku State University YunisNasibli performed with article titled “Turkics in written Christian monuments prior to the Mongols’ arrival”. This scientific article has been interest caused of the organizers and is published on the congress agenda.
