The event was held at the State historical and cultural reserve “Keshikchidag”,on the occasion of the 20th of January of the National Mourning Day. Despite 28 years of the 20 January 1990 tragedy,the atrocities committed by the Soviet army againist the civilian population,have left irrefutable memories in the memory of the people. As every year the staff of the “Keshikchidag” State history and culture reserve visited the Alley of Martyrs in Aghstafa and dug carnations in front of the martyrs’ tomb. The documentary film about the tragedy was demonstrated at the administrative building of the reserve and the staff told about them with deep sorrow. May Allah have mercy on those who are martyred for sake of the freedom and sovereignty of our homeland!
