In order to help children suffering from thalassemia, hemophilia and other blood diseases, a blood donation campaign was carried out in Aghstafa district. In the action organized in Aghstafa District Central Hospital, the health of the donors was first checked by the medical brigade of the National Hematology and Transfusiology Center of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance. The staff of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve also took part in this action and donated blood to help those suffering from the disease.
