The results of the scientific research conducted by the “Avey” State historical and cultural reserve in Damjili ancient living camp and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the outstanding scientist Mammadali Huseynov, the management and staff of the “Keshikchidagh” State historical and cultural reserve also participated in the scientific seminar “Regarding the 70th anniversary of archaeological research conducted in the Damjili cave camp”. In the scientific seminar, which took place in order to study the scientific research works conducted in our region and to strengthen the cooperation between the reserves, talked about M.M.Huseynov, the founder of the Azerbaijani school of paleontology, one of the first researchers of the Damjili ancient living camp, the archaeological excavations, the valuable information he obtained, and material and cultural samples. It was noted that scientific research conducted by a prominent archaeologist in the middle of the last century is continued today with the joint participation of local and foreign experts, and new cultural layers and archaeological findings are obtained.
