On March 4, 2026, the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Keshikchidagh”, which was placed under the administration of the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, held an online scientific seminar on the topic “Novruz Tuesdays and Alaçıq Culture: An Ethnographic Perspective.”

On March 4, 2026, the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Keshikchidagh”, which was placed under the administration of the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, held an online scientific seminar on the topic “Novruz Tuesdays and Alaçıq Culture: An Ethnographic Perspective.”
The event was attended by Dr. Bahman Faziloglu, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Associate Professor, a staff member of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Bakikhanov of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), as well as employees of historical and cultural reserves. During the seminar, the ethnographic characteristics of the Novruz Tuesdays and alaçıq culture, their role in history, and issues related to their preservation were discussed. The purpose of the event was to study and promote Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage on a scientific basis.
