A tour was organized to the territory of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve.
During the excursion, participants became closely acquainted with the “Ilham Aliyev Peak”, which symbolizes the rich historical heritage of the reserve. As part of the tour, ancient caves were visited, and reserve staff provided detailed information about the rare frescoes preserved on the walls and ceilings of these sites.
Participants also learned about the history and functions of the water wells located within the reserve. One of the most engaging aspects of the excursion was the explanation of the structure and usage of ancient food storage facilities.
Each stage of the tour offered valuable historical and cultural insights, giving participants the opportunity to explore and better understand the rich archaeological heritage of the reserve.
