On 20.11.2024, a round table was organized in the administrative building of the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical-Cultural Reserve with the participation of Yagub Mammadov, leading researcher at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy on History, and Mansur Mansurov, specialist in the Stone Age at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy on History, Associate Professor.

On 20.11.2024, a round table was organized in the administrative building of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve with the participation of Yagub Mammadov, leading researcher at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy on History, and Mansur Mansurov, specialist in the Stone Age at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy on History, Associate Professor. The roundtable discussed scientific research conducted at the “Jandar Lake Paleolithic Discovery Site”, which was discovered 950 meters south of Lake Jandar, 320 meters above sea level, and dates back to the Paleolithic period, in the territory of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve. A detailed exchange of views was also held on the material and cultural samples obtained as a result of research conducted during the summer months of this year.
