Online Scientific Seminar Dedicated to the Khojaly Tragedy
On February 25, 2026, an online scientific seminar titled “A Bloody Page of History – The Khojaly Tragedy” was organized by the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve. The event was attended by employees of state historical and cultural reserves operating under the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development, and Restoration. The primary objective of the seminar was to conduct a scientific analysis of the historical and political significance of the Khojaly tragedy, evaluate its aspects under international law, and contribute to the preservation of national memory. During the scientific seminar, representatives from the “Zaqatala” State Historical and Cultural Reserve and the “Avey” State Historical and Cultural Reserve delivered presentations addressing the historical and legal dimensions of the tragedy.
