Within the framework of the project “Scientific Archaeological Excavations and Summer School – 5 in Keşikçidağ”, the material cultural artifacts discovered in the “Yovşanlıdərə” kurgans are being documented in the form of graphic illustrations by Farhad Farmanov, a scientific associate and restoration artist at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
These graphic representations visually reflect the morphological characteristics, technological and artistic details of the archaeological materials, playing a significant role in the scientific reconstruction of the artifacts and in a deeper understanding of the cultural features of their respective period. Moreover, the graphic materials serve as a fundamental basis for the systematization of excavation results and for their use in future scientific publications.
