Located on the territory of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve and having a special symbolic meaning, the “Almond Garden” has revived this year, blossoming and bearing fruit along with the awakening of nature. This garden is not an ordinary green space – it is dedicated to the dear memory of our brave sons who heroically died in the 44-day Patriotic War that took place in 2020 under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief for the territorial integrity of our Motherland. Each almond tree rises as if as a sign of respect for the immortal souls of the martyrs and keeps their sacred memory alive.
Also, numerous material and cultural samples discovered during archaeological excavations in the Keshikchidagh Kurgan Valley – ancient household items, pottery, and labor tools – are exhibited in a small exhibition corner created in the reserve’s information center, taking into account the abundance of this corner. This corner is not only a collection of historical items, but also living evidence of human activity that has existed in Keshikchidagh for millennia.
