Within the framework of the "Year of Urban Planning and Architecture" and on the occasion of International Teachers' Day, an intellectual competition titled "Architect of Intellect" (Zəka memarı) was held among teachers. The event was jointly organized by the "Keshikchidagh" State Historical and Cultural Reserve (managed by the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture), the Agstafa District Executive Power, and the Agstafa Education Sector of the Gazakh-Tovuz Regional Education Department.
