Border Access & Tickets
Since the reserve is located on the border with the Republic of Georgia, official permission must be obtained from the State Border Service for entry. Only after obtaining this permission is it recommended to purchase tickets via iticket.az for visiting specific areas, including the Keshikchidagh barrow plains and the caves located towards the “Peak named after Ilham Aliyev.”
Official Regulation
In accordance with Decision No. 3-24\3-3-KQ-2\2026 (dated 07.04.2026) of the Ministry of Culture regarding service fees in historical-cultural reserves, ticket sales have been organized for the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve. This measure aims to organize visits more efficiently, improve management, and ensure the preservation of cultural heritage.
Entry Policy
Entry to the reserve is permitted by ticket only. This policy helps regulate visitor flow, protect monuments, and ensure safety within the territory.
Ticket Prices:
Local Visitors: 2 AZN
Foreign Visitors: 6 AZN
Students: 1 AZN
Excursion Services: 3 AZN (Azerbaijani), 6 AZN (Foreign languages)
Parking: 1 AZN
Note:
Before starting the excursion, visitors are advised to meet with a guide at the reserve’s administrative building located at 10 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Aghstafa city.
Free Entry (with supporting documents) for: Families of martyrs, war veterans (ghazis), military personnel, cadets, persons with Group I and II disabilities, children under 18, and foreign citizens under 12 years old.
Protecting the historical and cultural monuments within the reserve is the civic responsibility of every visitor. We kindly ask all guests to strictly follow the established rules.
