On January 15, 2026, an online scientific seminar entitled “The Role of Historical and Cultural Reserves in the Protection and Promotion of Cultural Heritage” was held under the organization of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve.
The seminar was attended by employees of state historical and cultural reserves operating under the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage affiliated with the Ministry of Culture. The main purpose of the event was to discuss the activities of historical and cultural reserves in the fields of preservation, scientific research, and public dissemination of cultural heritage, as well as to conduct a mutual exchange of experience.
During the scientific seminar, representatives of the “Chiraggala–Shabran”, “Ganja”, and “Avey” State Historical and Cultural Reserves delivered presentations, providing information on conservation measures, scientific research, and promotion mechanisms implemented in their respective areas. The presentations particularly emphasized the significant role of historical and cultural reserves in preserving national cultural heritage and promoting it at the international level.
