On 17.10.2024, a round table was organized in the administrative building of the reserve with the participation of Anoikin Anton Alexandrovich, doctor of historical sciences, employee of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences located in the city of Novosibirsk of the Russian Federation, who is a foreign expert, Idris Idrisov Abdulbutayevich, candidate of sciences, geologist of the Institute of Geology of the Dagestan Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Gurbanov Rajap Nurmuradovich, an employee of Moscow State University, a senior researcher of the Quaternary paleogeography department of the Institute of Geography of the Russian National Academy of Sciences, Candidate of Geographical Sciences, Ivanov Yaroslav Dmitrievich, an employee of the Paleolithic Department of the Institute of History of Material Culture of the Russian Academy of Sciences, located in the St. Petersburg region of the Russian Federation, Azad Zeynalov, leading researcher of ANAS Institute of Archeology and Anthropology, Stone Age specialist, Doctor of Philosophy on History. Russian specialists first got acquainted with a small museum-type stand where material and culture samples obtained as a result of archaeological excavations are kept. It should be noted that in Jeyranchol, where the reserve is located, there are open living camps from the Stone Age. As a result of research carried out by these scientists in previous years, crude tools belonging to the Middle Paleolithic period were discovered in the Karvan Valley, Saggizli (Achelian) and Garabigh living camps. At the round table, ideas were exchanged in the direction of continuous and multifaceted scientific research with “Keshikchidagh” State Historical-Cultural Reserve.
