Employees of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve—managed by the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture—participated in the “4th International Scientific Research Conference” held in Shusha on July 23–25, 2026. They presented a scientific article titled “The role of historical and cultural reserves in the development of regional tourism: On the example of the western region of Azerbaijan.”
The article analyzes the tourism potential of historical and cultural reserves located in the western region of Azerbaijan, as well as their role in preserving and promoting cultural heritage and ensuring sustainable regional development. At the conclusion of the conference, the reserve’s representatives were awarded certificates by the organizers for their scientific paper.
