As a continuation of these events on May 2, 2017 a small trading project named “Let’s get acquainted with Keshikchidag” was launched in the park named after Heydar Aliyev. The material and cultural samples found during archaeological excavations on the reserve territory were exposed, a documentary film entitled “Stone Annals of the Ancient Edge” was demonstrated, CDs with the film, booklets and flyers were distributed free of charge, shirts, caps and souvenirs with the image of the reserve were sold, as well as towers and temples models carved out of stone and the ballpoint pens. Tea, coffee and various kinds of sweets for the project participants were distributed free of charge.
As the familiarization project “Let’s get acquainted with Keshikchidag” aroused public interest, therefore the event was held for another day in the park named after Heydar Aliyev. On May 3, 2017, Mr. Maharram Guliyev, the head of the Executive Power of Agstafa region, participated in this event. He expressed his opinion on the project and made recommendations.
