Later, they visited the martyr&#8217;s house and offered condolences to his parents. It should be noted that Ismayilov Rahman Mehti oghlu was born in Mughanli village of Aghstafa district. Ismayilov Rahman, a soldier of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, was martyred during the Gubadli battles.
