Later, they visited the martyr&#8217;s house and offered condolences to his parents. It should be noted that Mammadli Fazil Razim oghlu was born in Vurghun settlement of Aghstafa district. Mammadli Fazil, a soldier of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, was martyred during the battles of Fuzuli. According to the relevant Decrees of the President of the country, he was posthumously awarded the medals &#8220;For the Motherland&#8221;, &#8220;For distinction in battles&#8221; and &#8220;For the liberation of Fuzuli&#8221;.
