An international congress entitled \u201cReading culture in the modern world\u201d was held on September 11-12, 2018 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Senior scientific worker of State Historical-Cultural Reserve &#8220;Keshikchidag&#8221; candidate of historical sciences, docent of Baku State University YunisNasibli performed with article titled &#8220;Turkics in written Christian monuments prior to the Mongols&#8217; arrival\u201d.
