Afterwards, the cherished memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the freedom and sovereignty of our Motherland was honored with a minute of silence. The head of Aghstafa Region Executive Power, Mr. Seymur Orujov, delivered a speech highlighting the significance of the historic Victory achieved in the 44-day Patriotic War under the leadership of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, as well as the reconstruction and restoration work carried out in the liberated territories. He also emphasized the importance of such intellectual competitions in terms of expanding teachers&#8217; horizons, preserving historical memory, increasing interest in our national-cultural heritage and architectural monuments, and conveying our Victory history to future generations. The main objective of the competition, which featured 12 teams, was to enhance the intellectual knowledge and outlook of teachers, as well as to strengthen awareness regarding our national-cultural heritage, historical monuments, and the restoration and reconstruction work underway in our liberated territories. As part of the knowledge competition, participants were presented with questions related to Azerbaijan&#8217;s rich historical and cultural heritage, architectural examples, and the ongoing work in the liberated lands. At the end of the competition, the &#8220;Kelbadjar&#8221; team (Gachag Kerem full secondary school) took 1st place, the &#8220;Azerbaijan&#8221; team (Hasansu village full secondary school) secured 2nd place, and the &#8220;Zangilan&#8221; team (A.
