In accordance with the implementation of the \u201cNational Action Plan for Empowering the Fight Against Corruption for the Years 2022\u20132026,\u201d approved by Order No. 3-24\/3-1-f-326\/2023 of the Ministry of Culture dated December 28, 2023, a round table discussion was organized at the administrative building of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve, operating under the management of the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture. The event was attended by Mahir Mushfiq oglu Aliyev, a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and attorney at the Tovuz Law Office, and Zaur Sakit oglu Nasibov, a mediator of the Mediation Organization No. 1 of the Gazakh Mediation Council. <\/p>\n

The primary objective of the event was to promote transparency, accountability, and the principles of ethical conduct within public institutions, to strengthen awareness-raising efforts directed toward preventing corruption risks, and to communicate the requirements of the legislative and regulatory frameworks adopted in the field of anti-corruption to the staff. During the round table, it was emphasized that the fight against corruption constitutes one of the pivotal areas of state policy. Comprehensive discussions were held regarding the institutional reforms implemented in this field, the significance of civil servants’ compliance with the rules of ethical conduct, and the role of transparent management mechanisms in consolidating public trust. Concurrently, the participants were provided with detailed information regarding the execution of measures envisaged in the National Action Plan, methods for preventing corruption offenses, the mitigation of conflicts of interest, and the ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing citizen satisfaction. Within the framework of the event, an exchange of views took place among the participants, wherein the responsibility of each employee in the combat against corruption and the importance of individual contributions to establishing a transparent and efficient administrative environment were particularly underscored.<\/p>\n
