"Yeddi gardash" Archaeological monument

“Yeddi gardash” Archaeological monument
It consists of stones stacked on top of each other in the south-west of Demirchiler village, at the end of Kapakli valley. It is said that there were once seven solid stones, two of which were later broken. People would come here to visit, light candles, put them on the stones and make intentions. There were also victims.
According to research, the history of this archeological monument dates back to the Early Iron Age. There is an interesting legend about this. In ancient times, enemies were preparing to attack. Upon hearing this, the people began to guard the upper part of the village day and night. It is the turn of seven brothers living in the village. While in line, they are surrounded by enemies. They pray to God that they don’t fall into the hands of the enemy. After this prayer, lightning and rain fall from the sky. The crowd wakes up, defends the village, and the brothers turn to stone. Since then, the place has been called the “Yeddi gardash” shrine and is considered sacred.
