Children suffering from thalassemia, hemophilia and other blood diseases have always received special attention and care from First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva. For this purpose, a blood donation campaign was held in Aghstafa. The health of the donors was first checked by a team of doctors from the National Hematology and Transfusiology Center of the Medical Territorial Units Management Association of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance in the action organized at the Aghstafa Central Hospital. The staff of the “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve also took part in the action and donated blood to help those suffering from the disease.
