According to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated January 5, 2022, in connection with the announcement of 2022 as the “Year of Shusha”, as “Keshikchidagh” State Historical and Cultural Reserve, we start today the rubric “Pearls of Shusha”. Isa Spring, one of the main symbols of Shusha city. Isa Spring is one of the famous springs and historical places in Shusha district. Isa Spring is located in a forested area two kilometers away from Shusha city, at an altitude of about 1500 meters above sea level. It is considered one of the rare pearls of Azerbaijani nature. According to locals, the spring is named after a farmer named Isa, who first discovered it in a thick forest. After the Patriotic war, Isa Spring was completely restored by Shusha City State Reserve. The spring itself is made of marble. The word Isa Spring is written with national ornament and the water supply of the spring has been fully restored.
