30 may Within the framework of the project “Civil Society for Development and Partnership: Increase of Tourism Potential in the Border Areas of Azerbaijan and Georgia” jointly implemented by the KODA Community Education Center (Georgia) and the Ganja Regional Women’s Center Public Association in Aghstafa city Heydar Aliyev Center.The main goal of the project is identification of existing problems in tourism development in the region and ways of their solution, directions of effective use of tourism infrastructure in Aghstafa, classification and assessment of resources, drawing and application of tourism and excursion routes in the regions, innovative approach and advertising – implementation of information support was discussed.The training covered the potential of the State Historical-Cultural Reserve “Keshikchidag” in the development of tourism, identifying existing problems and ways to solve them. The disks of the film “Stone Book of ancient dwelling”, booklets, flayers and roller pens were presented to the participants of the event by the reserve employees.
