24.10.2016 President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev reviewed the conditions created in the Heydar Aliyev Center, which was renovated as part of his visit to Agstafa. The construction of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Agstafa was started in February 2008 and it was opened in September of the same year with the participation of the President Ilham Aliyev. Museums and centers with the name of the Great Leader are of exceptional importance, since they serve as a goal of even deeper acquaintance with the historical merits of the National Leader to the people. From this point of view, the Heydar Aliyev Center in Agstafa renewed after repair in January-February 2016, plays a special role. President Ilham Aliyev examine with the exhibits and photographs from the samples of material culture discovered during archaeological excavations and research on the territory of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Keshikchidag”, organized by order of the President and located in the newly created department of “Ecotourism and Information” located in the building of the Center.
